Large official chef’s knife made in Spain of our Simón PRO Forjado in size of large official chef’s knife of 30 centimeters of blade with black fiber handles suitable for dishwashing, hand sharpened with stitched and reinforced brown leather sheath similar to of the classic chicken knife, but with an chef´s knife edge.
This Simón PRO Forjado Knife is robust and very durable, thanks to its forged steel construction without welds that also give it an optimal balance while having the weight concentrated at the beginning of the cutting blade.
