Ham holder to hold the Iberian ham and cut it in a semi-horizontal position in brushed stainless steel with ten fixing points on the leg with a 360º adjustable gray granite cast iron clamp to avoid having to manipulate the leg during the entire cutting process until end of the same and double fastening point in the ham. Six wurth suction cups in steel and solid rubber sealed for ultra grip and folding system for transport or non-use. 2 years warranty. Particular revision of finish piece by piece.
